Who we are

Builders first.
Paperwork second.

Corvane started with four carpenters and a borrowed truck. Today we lead complex projects for owners, developers and architects, but we still run every job like the crew is going to drive past it for the next fifty years.

That means senior people on site, honest numbers in preconstruction, and our own crews on concrete, steel and carpentry so the schedule is never someone else's problem.

Self-perform

Our own crews on the trades that set the pace.

Open book

Every cost, every change, visible in real time.

Zero harm

Safety is a daily plan, not a poster.

FAQ

Straight
answers.

Our preconstruction team is happy to talk through any project, even if it's a year away.

What size projects do you take on?

Typically $2M to $90M in construction value. For smaller tenant improvements we run a dedicated special-projects team so you still get senior attention.

Which delivery methods do you offer?

Hard bid, negotiated GMP, CM at-risk, agency CM and design-build. We'll recommend the method that fits your risk tolerance and timeline.

Where do you work?

Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Western Pennsylvania, with select national work for repeat clients.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes. We carry full general liability, builder's risk and bonding capacity appropriate to our project range. Certificates are available on request.

How early should we involve a contractor?

As early as schematic design. The earlier we're at the table, the more cost and schedule we can protect.
